A joint licence for rod fishing and ice fishing in Gausdal Nordfjell, Vesleseter sameie and Raudsjøen, in the north of Østre Gausdal. The licence covers Raudsjøen, Veslesetervatnet, Nisjuvatnet, Bennsjøen, Sjøsetervatnet and Torsdalsvatnet among others, and the rivers Skeiselva, Killielva and Gausa above Liesfossen. It is mostly brown trout, but there are also Arctic char, whitefish, perch and pike. The terrain is easy, and many of the fishing spots lie close to the Peer-Gyntveien road.

Advisory

- The season follows the calendar year.
- In lakes and tarns, fishing is allowed all year, but in the closed period from 11 Sep to 15 Oct, you must fish at least 50 metres from an inlet or outlet that holds fish.
- In rivers and streams, all fishing is banned from 11 September through 15 October.
- The licence covers rod fishing from the shore with one rod, and ice fishing in all lakes.
- Fishing from a boat or canoe is only allowed on Raudsjøen and Sjøsetervatnet, and all use of motors, electric motors included, is banned.
- Agree a boat place with the landowner.
- Net fishing is reserved for the landowners.
- Canadian waterweed has been found in Sjøsetervatnet.
- Wash and dry tackle and gear well before you use it in other lakes.
- The family licence covers a spouse or partner and children under 20.
- Fishing without a licence costs double the price.
- The listing states no catch limit.
