Vestringsbygda (Nord-Aurdal)

Rod fishing from the shore and from a boat is allowed all year, and ice fishing with a jig and line on frozen lakes.
Fishing for spawning brown trout in inlet and outlet streams is banned from 1 September to 1 November.
Otter-board fishing in Ølsjøen is allowed all year with a separate otter licence.
Separate licences are sold for rod fishing from the shore, rod fishing from a boat, ice fishing and otter board.
Otter licences are sold for Ølsjøen, and for Stogofjorden and Naustvolltjern as a trial with a quota of 2 licences.
Net fishing is sold through the fishing warden, not on inatur, and seine fishing is for landowners and residents only.
Haugsjøen and Svartetjern are leased out, so the licences do not apply there.
People with reduced mobility fish for free with a rod from the shore in Einebuputten and Paradisfjorden.
